“Narcissus Also” is a glass sculpture commissioned by a collector associated with Holsten Galleries in Santa Fe, and follows the notion of two identical halves reattached, one being an image of the other. The colored elements were constructed as one and then cut in half and attached to clear optical crystal wedges. Connecting them is a circular wedge that allows a visual portal between the two. As the pieces turns on it’s anodized aluminum base, the two wedges interact in a continuously changing visual relationship. Truly a dynamic piece. Dimensions: 17″ x 11″ x 8″.
