Stratospheric Oloid
The largest Oloid I’ve made, this piece measures 17″ x 10″ x 10″ and is composed of leaded and unleaded crystal, filter glass, dichroic glass, and opalescent glass. Fashioned and ground and polished by hand, the shape is a 3D map of the Universe in glass. It spins in it’s cradle affixed to the top of it’s anodized aluminum base. Magnificent.
