Terpsichore Tessera
One of five pieces in the Terpsichore Series, a nod to the Greek Muse of the Dance. This piece reminds me of a dancer as it spins on it’s anodized aluminum base. Sitting on a glass sphere, as if on it’s toes, with arms spread out in gesture, with the color of the heart spreading everywhere, this sculpture for me provides the exact ideation of dance. Dimensions: 17″ x 2″ x 8″.
