Alphabetaglypharray (84x60) is a wall assemblage composed of twenty five separate cubes that are wall mounted using simple mechanics. Each of the cubes has as a distinguishing feature a letter of the alphabet as well as other glyph related graphics. The sensibility of it is the tease of language and meaning and the beauty of graphics. They are meaningful and meaningless at the same time, tying in to my sense of the sublime and ridiculous. The graphics are sandblasted in to the wide variety of colors of dichroic glass. Each cube is suspended in an anodized aluminum bracket and can spin freely within that bracket, creating a playful field of color and optics and is every changing, depending on how the observer wants it to look. A fun way to create a wall of glass art.
