Dichroic Boat (24x10x4) is a sculpture that is simple in shape but complex in optics and meaning. A boat is a metaphor for travel and safety and adventure. This is a boat of color and light and as such is a conveyance of attention and brightness of color. The interior of the boat betrays it's soul and it's conveyance of souls, being of light, while the exterior clear sections provide the safety. The traveling is done with the help of the granite and stainless steel base. It uplifts and pushes it forward. The lenses on top are a window for seeing inside, viewing it's spirituality, it's soulness.
