Three Part Harmony

This trisected cube sculpture (12x11x8) has a being like presence that belies it's interior complexity which is composed of sandblasted and painted graphics on dichroic and tinted glasses.  Leaded and non-leaded glasses create the mystery of reflection and refraction and bounce around the pure color images.  It's like it's standing and just waiting to be spun on the anodized aluminum base and to observed as it changes tone and color.  It's adhered to a plate glass circle which sits into the recessed top of the base.  To me it seems noble and a metaphor for the best that we can offer, to ourselves and others.
